/design Does Not Load on New 16.2 Installation

Hi,Installed Appian 16.2 on my system.Able to access mysite:8080/suite and mysite:8080/suite/designer but mysite:8080/suite/design never loads. Is there anything I need to do to fix this ?
I am signed in for the first time and as an administrator.

Please let me know.

Hi,I tried .I see a blank screen only for suite/design.I looked up in the developer's console and see an exception.Please see the exception screenshot attached. and the serverlog attached.

Can you attach the file <Appian Home>/ear/suite.ear/conf/custom.properties
