Server Upgrade from Version 7.8 to 16.2

Hi Team,
I am getting below error in JBoss (Attached the log) while upgrading from v7.8 to v16.2. Could you please provide your suggestions if anyone had faced this problem.

Caused by: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.InvalidUserException: User Not Found
It seems you forgot to copy all the *.kdb to the new server. Please repeat the copy process.

Thanks for your comments Eduardo. but I have repeated the copy process but still getting same issue. could you please refer line #194

That's not the relevant line, that's a cascade error. You shouldn't be getting
com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.InvalidUserException: User Not Found
if the migration was successful.
Let me take a look at your db_*.log .

Is this still an issue? If it is, can you still start the 7.8 engines? and run
checkengine -s -o
to see if there are any missing users in a particular engine?
