Installing 16.2 for Dev and JBOSS fails on start

Hi All,
I'm trying to do a fresh install for our Dev environment and JBOSS will not start and I get this information in Suite.ear.failed.
Can someone help me with understanding the problem?

Hello. Sorry it took me a couple of days to situate the service account. I believe I am closer after your last suggestion cali.nelson. It looks like I just have a port issue for the sql server. Can you validate and also let me know if there are any other problems in the log? Thanks.
