tempo error
shaoyongw

when open the tempo news, I encounter an internal error. Before the error, the good page does show up for a second. Can't find any log in JBoss server.log and application-server.log.
An internal error has occurred.
The page could not be loaded. [HTTP Code = 500] (APNX-1-4279-001)

This error does not happen every time by clicking News but very frequently.

I've seen this before where a record link in a news feed belongs to a record that uses rp! for the primary key; essentially the record tag on a news item is invalid. I'll have to see if I can find teh exact situation, though.

As mentioned above we had a similar sounding problem with a client which occurred when we used rp!id in the Record Title setting of a Record using the list style view (support ticket 426704).
Check your record configs to see if you have anything similar set.

It also happened in Designer when opening a interface or rule. So I think the root cause should not be the record.

Ok - sounds slightly different. Maybe worth including that fact in your original post? :)

I just find that. It happened more often in the News tab.
