Is it possible to automatically add new objects to an application?

Hi,

We have a process that creates new group objects, and would like to know if it is possible to automatically add these new group objects to an Application. We are looking to make sure our published application stays up to date and also that we can easily export a self-maintained application (where the groups are automatically added) to other environments to keep those environments in sync.

Out of curiosity, why do you dynamically create groups and have them be a deployable part of the application? The groups I create dynamically are not part of the application in terms of they are used for record based security or other purposes like this.
