Another option is to download the latest version which has 3 smart services that supports basic credentials

I looked into build.info file & as per that, we are at version 7.5. Below are the build details:

Also, It is showing Branding & Third party Credentials. Below is the snapshot. Can you guide what could have happened?

Ok I double checked and I see the third party credentials section in our docs for Appian 7.6. The documentation for 7.5 is no longer available but I see third party credentials in my Appian 7.5.

1. What's the build.info of PROD?
2. Is PROD using a Web server?
3. Could it be the Web Server doesn't have static content from the latest version?

I don't have build.info from pilot/prod right now. I can share it tomorrow. Yes, both the environments (pilot & prod) those are not showing third party credentials are on web server. Can you please guide how can I check if web servers have static content from latest version and after checking if it is not from latest version, how can I fix it?

The web server is IIS 7

Let us wait for the PROD build.info and we will start from there.
