How can be fixed a checkpoint error - Could not checkpoint , '"process-execution2"; conn: WSAECONNABORTED

Hello,
While running a checkengine command on our development server, I noticed that for one Appian engine (Process-Exec02) the status is: "ERROR 2 checkpoint failures *16 hrs 1 min since checkpoint Checkpointing recommended".
I tried to perform a checkpoint for the specific engine, but the following error appeared: Could not checkpoint , '"process-execution2"; conn: WSAECONNABORTED
I tried to come back to the previous working .kdb but the result is the same, checkengine command is returning "Checkpoint recommended".
I also tried to repair the last .kdb in full, which by the way took all night (the kdb files for process execution2 are over 6 GB each), and the result is the same.
All the tests where performed with the JBOSS shut down and only after running Appian stop-suite command.
Do you have any idea what can I do to ...

Hi
octavianp
,
seems you already did the actions, which could be done from our side.
As we see the same issue, only Appian support team support@appian.com can help on this.
Thanks,
Rama

Hi Octavian
I'm not sure but can you try doing ResetAnalytics, because occasionally the data in the two paired engines get out of sync and need to be re-synced. After this you can start checkpointing.
please refer to this link -

Hi,
just check the memory, weather your server has sufficient memory or not.
