Process modeller not working on 16.2 upgrade IE browser only

Recently we have upgraded our dev and test environment to Appian 16.2 from 7.3.

I am facing below issues in our dev environment with IE browser only.
1. If I tried to do a chaining sign does not appear and it throws some JS error in IE debugger.
2. On Portal form we add any filed loading sign does not disappearing , so it does not allow to configure any form field.

After you upgraded, did you clear the browser cache in IE - it is a common issue that old versions of JS are cached, please try this and let us know?

Yes we tried below things
1. Cleared browser cache
2. Reinstalled IE

But it is not working

When you performed the upgrade, did you add any .zip or .bak files or new folders inside the Appian home directory? If so, this is known to cause the issue you are seeing, to resolve, remove any erroneous files

Need to clean properly

- Clean temp folder
- Uninstall IE
- Remove existing IE setup from window
- Download new IE.
- Install New IE

Till then You can use Mozilla Firefox for your work...
It works fine there
