health check issue 16.2 plug-in version 4.8.0 4.7.2 both

Hi,

When we run health check on development collection starts and it ends in the logs however download results link is not appearing on health check web page. In logs we find following error -

Is anyone faced this issue? what is causing this issue? Since last week health check ran without any issues. Thanks. We have observed this error with both plug-in versions 4.8 4.7.2.

When are you seeing this error? When you are doing the data collection, or when uploading the results for analysis? Can you attach the complete log file where you saw this error, and also screenshots of any errors you are seeing from the UI.

Hi Tom,

When we start data collection from UI side, we are observing data collection getting completed successfully message in logs and after this message we get above error message in logs and we don't get download results link on UI.

Please find the attached logs.

404 - File or directory not found.

Based on the logs, I am wondering if there is there already a file named "health-check-status.json" in the environment? If there is, try renaming the old file then re-running the health check.

We have checked all the folders. But we could not locate this file on environment. Can you please guide us or let us know if we need open Appian Case for this issue?
