503 Error through Web Server

As we did upgrade from 7.5 to 7.11, when we started the Application Server, it came fine. We were able to access it with in IIS Server by clicking browse*;80 (http) in Actions but when we are trying to access it outside the IIS through IE by giving server name instead of localhost, we get the error 503.
When we click on suite folder through IIS &click on basic settings. we get the test connection. When we are clicking the test connection, we are getting error "cannot verify access to path". Attached is the snapshot. Can anyone guide what can be the issue & how can we fix it?
Thanks in Advance

Are you sure your IIS server is accessible from the outside? A 503 error does not indicate an authentication problem, so that screenshot is a red herring only.
It looks like the IIS server is not reachable from the outside. This is something your Network team should address if localhost/suite is working fine.

Thank you so much Eduardo for your kind suggestion. We got the issue fixed. Below are the details:
ROOTCAUSE: it was found that the IIS server was not receiving ping request from Apache server. Windows firewall was turned off through control panel but running was a Windows Service and prevented IIS server to ping the Apache server.
RESOLUTION: We turned on and turned off windows firewall service and in control panel and we were immediately able to access

Thank you for sharing! Make sure you discuss this with your Windows Administrators so you can configure the firewall accordingly instead of turning it off, assuming there's no other firewall in place.
