Engines Failing

I am seeing the inconsistent DBID errors after an unexpected shutdown. Per forum.appian.com/.../kb-1211.html, I am checking to see what I should do to repair engines. Am I safe to run the repair script on my fatal engines?

Is this for a customer environment? If so please create a Support ticket so that Support can work with you on this issue.
