Server metadata - Issue

Hello All,
I copied the produciton server metadata and file structure to a server to replicate the prod server.
I did not copy exec kdbs as I do not want the process instances.
We also copied the data and table structure of primary db.
Engines started properly, but when we start the application server we see the below issue:
Attached is the log file.
Let me know if I missed anything.

Hello Eduardo, I have attached the log file, from where the error started.
Just to let you know the steps in breif:
- I installed new version of Appian
- Deployed hotfix e on 16.2
- Moved kdb from production to poc server. Except Exec KDBs.
- Moved the data from production admin folder to the new server admin folder.
- Moved the data and table of primary db to new primary db of the new server.
- i believe keystore file is already present in: APPIAN_HOME>/_admin/shared.
Still we see the issue.
Do you see any reason.
