Deployment fails after upgrading to 16.3

I am having an issue after upgrading from 7.10 to 16.3.

The upgrade of the Appian engines and data all seems fine, but JBoss won't start after changing config files as per upgrade documentation. I would appreciate some help as I am unable to determine the root cause of the failure.

thanks for the responses. I have checked the apian-ds.xml file. It looks correct to me.

important to note that I started JBoss without the dodeploy in the ear directory and it successfully loads the JDBC drivers and binds to the data sources - the deployment of appain-ds.xml work. Its only when it is trying to deploy the suit,ear that it fails.

I'll try the Jboss patch as suggested and will then log a support issue.
