Deployment fails after upgrading to 16.3

I am having an issue after upgrading from 7.10 to 16.3.

The upgrade of the Appian engines and data all seems fine, but JBoss won't start after changing config files as per upgrade documentation. I would appreciate some help as I am unable to determine the root cause of the failure.

Yes, it is trying to satisfy the dependencies which are not getting completed. many reasons for that
- Can we check database connector is a correctly installed.
