Does anyone know of a tutorial or walk through on using/setting up Appian from inception? I'm looking for sort of a step by step process on what actions I need to take to get started....

Thank you for responding. I am looking for more of a step by step walkthrough on using the application. That page is somewhat disjointed for me as I need a more basic understanding of the process.
