Issue while accessing process Tab

On Appian 7.10 environment (new environment, there is no rule or process) when we click on Process tab getting popup saying :"The report you requested is invalid or no longer available"
have anyone faced this issue ?

In logs getting below error:

Try running load.sh to load the default reports and views.
forum.appian.com/.../Loading_Default_Reports_and_Views.html

and if every tab is giving the same issue, perform the below steps

1) Navigate to <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear\\web.war\\WEB-INF\\bundled-apps
2) Copy and Paste the system.zip to a directory on your Desktop
3) Navigate to Appian Designer interface as a System Administrator
4) Import the System.zip and ensure that all items are imported correctly.
5) Once the import is complete, delete the system.zip from the Applications Tab.
