Server Error: Unable to register cleanup Synchronization with TransactionManager

Hi,

I am getting below error
org.hibernate.HibernateException: Unable to register cleanup Synchronization with TransactionManager
Even after restarting the server, after some time we are facing the same issue.
I have gone through the below article. Is the cause is because of data source created through Admin console?

Engines are working fine i.e All engines are in OKAY status. After restarted Server was running with no issues.
Since the issue is happening several times, I just want to analyze the root cause.
The business data source has been configured through Admin console instead of .xml configuration. I suspecting that, this is the root cause.
Kindly add your suggestions.
