Appian designer is opening with localhost but not with exact URL

hi All,

I am trying to upgrade Appian from 7.5 to 7.11. After completing the upgrade, when I am trying to access the Appian through URL, I have specified. It gives error "This page can not be displayed" but it does show under fine if I use "localhost:8080". I did look into "compatibility view settings" & unchecked those but it did not make any difference. Also, while using local host if I am trying to access "design" or "Admin" console, I just end up getting a blank image (screenshot attached). Can anyone guide what is the root cause & how can I fix it?
