Eclipse Appian Plugin

I am not able to add this to the Eclipse Appian plugin:
forum.appian.com/.../site.xml
I am receiving the error message: "Could not find forum.appian.com/.../site.xml"
I have Eclipse Juno 4.2.1. What could be wrong here?

As I have seen recently, the URL is not available to use.We need to manually download and add required.jar libraries to eclipse.
