Login Error

Hi,

Logging with correct username and password, Appian seems to not give a positive response (actually it does not give any response). Waiting few minutes the invalid credential message appears and in application-server.log file we can see the following message:
ERROR com.appiancorp.kougar.driver.ipc.IpcConnection - Failure to read socket: process-analytics2

Can someone help me with this error?

Your application server may run with out of memory.Please check the disk space and try cleaning the kdb's using cleanup script.And then login
