server gets slow after 2 hours of restarting JBoss

I have recently installed 7.6 version of appian on a VM of RAM 8GB, out of which, only 4.5GB is used. CPU usage is also low. But after couple of hours of starting JBoss, server gets too slow. It also shows warning of ARJUNA016027 periodically. Unable to find out what is wrong. Although, I made neccessary changes in Standalone.xml in order to remove that warning. I am attachimg log file here.

@snehalh,
Please check whether any of scheduled jobs are running on the same time, that might be reason your server is getting slow.

I Removed ARJUN warning and now its running fine
