Local 17.1 JBoss Error: JBWEB000124: The requested resource is not available.

Hello
I am using a mixture of the 16.3 (for details on the configuration of AppianDS) and 17.1 installation guide to install the 17.1 on my local. However my JBoss will not start. I've done validation and deployment twice now and this last time some services did start. However the url still shows the above error in the subject line. Also, this time around the suite.ear.<deploy status> files in the repo did not generate. The files are there in \\<APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\configure\ emplates\\ear\\ and \\<JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\deployments\\ though. Attached is the output from standalone.
Any and all guidance is correct.
I've checked that the port is active.
