I have completed the badge but not able to download the certificates.
Hi Kavya kavyanatrajan - When you successfully complete a Skill Badge exam, you will earn a badge on your Appian Community profile within 48 hours that you can share via LinkedIn with your social networks. We do not issue a certificate of completion for Skill Badges.
