Go to your profile on Community and request a restart.
Hi ,
I sent an email a couple days ago requesting a restart on my community edition and have not had any response. Typically, they respond within the day and I was hoping the restart would add the process mining I requested along with an application needed to complete the portals course. Is there anything else I can do for the site to get a restart?
Same thing with me. Usually, they respond immediately but my community edition has been down for the past three days and each day I send another email. Nobody is responding. I don't want to start a new instance because I will lose all that I have done. Can anyone help?
I think there is a global issue going on with the community instances. My instance has also been down. I get 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error when I go to my instance url. I have also emailed them.
Ok thank you. I guess so but there should have been a response at least from them. I am sure they are getting the emails but why not just say "we are experiencing some issues. Please be patient"
did u get solved ? I am also facing the same issue.
No...,not yet. This is what I am facing from long time frequently.
I received an email they restarted mine but I still do not have the applications needed. I sent another email yesterday and no response. They must be busy with other priority requests.

We have experienced disruption to a subset of sites hosted in India, and are working to recover all affected sites. We are not able to provide an estimate when all sites will be recovered given the volume of sites impacted and the need for some level of manual intervention.
In these situations, please continue to email communityedition@appian.com. Appreciate your patience as we reply to your messages -- with regional events like this the response effort takes time.
Thank you James for the information.
