I have created a knowledge center for an application which already contains a knowledge center with different name using the a!createKnowledgeCenter() smart service. I searched for that a lot many times and cross checked in every possible way. I couldn't see that in application objects but, I can access that knowledgecenter in process model, interfaces and everywhere.
can't we see the second knowledge center if we create.

An object created by a smart service is not added as a design object to the application. We need to distinguish between objects belonging to the application as a deployable artefact and objects being create dynamically to support operations.
You can add any existing object to any application at any time if required.
