Hi. I can't login to my academy account. It tells me unable to sign in. I even changed my password, but still can't login.

Appian has implemented a 2-factor authentication methodology to access the Appian Community, which also includes the academy. You should have received an email from Appian that would guide you through setting up this 2-factor authentication methodology. If you cannot find this email, please click the link in your screenshot you uploaded which will assist you in setting up your 2-factor authentication methodology.
