The Community Edition Guide says the following:
All existing Appian Community Edition environments will be automatically updated to the GA-latest Appian version within two weeks of each major Appian GA release.
But my community instance still is 22.2. Is there a timeline where the existing instances will be updated?

GA for 22.3 was just last Friday, so I'd expect Community Edition to have the upgraded version two weeks after that, which would be 2 September.
Thanks to the random spambot reply below for reminding me of this thread - it's now Sept 8th and my CE site still seems to be on 22.2
Now, I don't overly mind myself, since I upgraded my company environments to 22.3 almost immediately... But it's confusing that there isn't some more hard-baked schedule for the CE sites to be upgraded (i'd think they should maybe even get an early release, honestly). I'd love some more concrete feedback on this.

Same happened to me. I do agree that it would be nice to have CE get early release of the new major versions.
My CE instance is now at 22.3
