Sending Email from Supervisor Approval Form

Hello,

I am planning to develop a project in which the Managers will log a request for a new resource hiring and then the Supervisor team will get an email and we have a team which will approve or reject this request and if they approve it then after that it needs to be forwarded to the HR dept or head of the dept.

So on the supervisors' approval form I want to add a component in which you can type an email address and it will send the managers requirements excel file as an email to the HR department.

Is there any way I can achieve this? Or some other possible way to implement this?
