Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue with my Appian community edition site. It's been more than a 2 months now and I am still unable to get my site. Attaching the image for better ref. "Check status" is all I see whenever I open my account, and once I click on it that message pops up "The popularity of Appian Community Edition has been soaring. To ensure that every user can access the resources and support they need, we have introduced a queuing system that will process requests in a prioritized manner. The Appian Community Edition team prioritizes access for learners working towards an Appian Certification, small teams, and prospective customers of Appian."
I even tried to reach support team, and the references that most of you have posted here on the forum, but unfortunately nothing worked. I am not sure how I can get my site back, I am bit worried as it contains all of my work (personal work).
If any of you has got an idea, pls feel free to share with me.
