We appreciate your patience, and please stay tuned for updates on the new offering.

On your Appian Community , My Learning Journey page. On the right hand side you will see a restart site button. Click on that button.
when i try to restart the same mail i'm receiving.

It gets shut down on inactivity for certain days. You need to make sure to use it frequently so that it does not get shut down.
I was using it everday.Suddenly it isnt working,contacted support multiple times,still no appropriate response
I am also facing the same problem. Don't know whom to approach? I have already mailed it to the Appian community as well. I received the same mail as the above.
Varun Teja Gurrapu It often happens that I have faced similar issues in the past. First, try restarting the site. If you have already done so and the problem persists, I recommend sending an email to community@appian.com regarding the site shutdown. Typically, within 3 to 4 days, you should regain access to the site. I hope this helps you.
