Do you mind sharing some details?
Do you need to have both tasks completed, or only one of them? Can either one be "rejected"?
Did you check the documentation for any pattern that might fit your use case?

Case should be closed only once both tasks submitted, that means it's mandatory to submit both tasks, case should not be closed even 1 task completed.
A AND gateway allows you to wait for multiple tasks before continuing the process.
