I have requested for community edition site long ago ..during upgradation my old site became invite.
Till now there is no update and I have mailed communityedition@appian.com for help ..hope that's the right place to contact for help .
If there is any other way kindly do help

As you have mailed, please wait for update. AFAIK there is no other way
There isn’t any other way to get one.
I believe it is not due to upgrade. AFAIK, it gets deactivated if you do not login for 5 consecutive days.
If your community edition site once become active you will be notified through an email.
