While Restarting the site Its showing "Error Starting"

So I was bit busy for 1 week then too I logged in my environment on 5th day so it was working well and after 2-3 days out of sudden I tired log Into my community Account so its showing Inactive and last Login was 8 days and I am trying to restart my environment again but its showing the error as "Errror Starting"  I did contact appian community edition support team but I haven't yet received any reply from past 2 days I don't know what's wrong with this support team 

Can anyone Pls help regarding the same as I am having my 3 Practice Project which are Imp for my Job application
