Currently I have an Appian account registered with my company email address. If we are changing the company our current email address will become inactive from next day . How to access the same account after our email address got changed to different email since I have active certification with the current account. Please let me know the procedure.

Write a mail to support@appian.com ask them to transfer your account data , Certification and Achievements
