community edition site temporarily unavailable due to maintainence

Question

Hi All. I'm new to appian environment and started learing 3weeks ago. 
 At first I can access my community edition environment and do my hands-on exercises. 
 But yesterday night, I can't access my appian community edition environment suddenly when I was doing my exercises and it keep showing the screen "This site is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance." till now. 
 I've already sent an email to "CommunityEdition@appian.com" but I don't know when will they reply. 
 Can anyone please help me out?

Hi cho , Appian generally aims to keep maintenance as brief as possible, often ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours. These maintenance windows are scheduled in advance, for more critical updates or unplanned maintenance, the duration may be longer. If yours environment is down, the corresponding users in the server will face the same issue, so it will be back as many instances are upgrading to 24.4. Enjoy the new features!
