Accessing Appian Community from Bolivia

Question

Hi! We have a new hire in our company and he is from bolivia. He is unable to access to the appian community website and to learn appian unless he access to the site via a VPN

With a vpn, he can log into the site but he cant access to the learning resources (he gets a 403 error).

We need assitance, thanks

I've also had issues with Apple Private Relay. 
 I would suggest you reach out to your account rep.

Hi maximoferarenas , I would suggest you to follow these steps: 1. Try Different VPN Servers. 
 2. Test Different Browsers and Devices. 
 3. Try using Different VPN Apps, Sometimes VPN providers will not entirely mask ip(Use Premium VPN). 
 4. If they still can't access, final thing is to Contact Communityedition@appian.com
