Request to delete Appian workspace due to incorrect region

Good morning,

I am writing to ask whether it would be possible to delete one or more Appian workspaces that were created with an incorrect region.

I am responsible for managing and mentoring interns who need to complete a training program in Appian. Unfortunately, during the workspace creation process, the wrong region was selected. As a result, they are not being granted the appropriate workspace and do not have access to many of the required features to proper complete the training.

This issue is completely blocking the start of the training. We already contacted the support team about a week ago, but we have not received any response so far.

For this reason, I would like to know if it would be possible to delete these workspaces, even if only to allow us to recreate them in the correct region so that the interns can proceed with their training without further delays.
