How do I submit an IT case to Appian?

how do I submit an IT case to Appian? I would like to request an application listed under Actions to be made availble for download...

You should be able to do this from Action tab (on top of this page) and click on "Technical Support - Create Case" link.

thanks Sathya. Oddly, i dont see that option anymore. do remember having seen it in the past. tried on diff browsers too. maybe its selectively enabled?
