For your dev, test and production environments, what is the size ratio between environments?

There is no size ration between environments, it depends on the size of the server.

Sizing of individual environments depends on what you plan to do with each environment. There are baselines in the hardware requirements documentation to help give you an idea of what would be required based on a few usage patterns.

More in depth sizing recommendations would require information about your business needs, whether you have existing environment or are bringing up new environments, and what your usage will look like. An architect can translate those data points into hardware sizing that will best fit your needs.

Apart from that Load Test Environment server is usually configured same as productions server configurations like number of Appian Engines and other hardware things.

Size is basically define like bellow scenario as Appian is almost similar to Java web application along with KDB and SAIL.
Dev: 30-50% Prod Server configurations
Test: 60-75 or 80% Prod server Configuration.
Prod: It all depends on the User count and the number of application that you are going to have.
