I am looking for a solution where we can run health check via automated process (not manual process) and report should be sent to concerned team via an email.

We have Scheduling and Automatic Upload in health check in Admin console. If we enabled scheduling then Health check will run in scheduled date and time automatically.
Also we have Automatic Upload option, this will automatically allows your environment to directly submit the data collection ZIP file to Appian Community when it is ready for analysis. To enable automatic upload, Health Check credentials for Appian Community are required. You can request credentials from Appian Technical Support by creating support case.
