Hello,
I have been working on the Best practices of the Instructions provided on Vehicle Fleet management. As a part of it I have created the process model (as shown below)
I have validated (it has no errors), I have debugged (it has no errors and executed successfully), though In tasks it showcases successfully as "Enter Vehicle Information " as showcased below
But when I click, it has no form in it to enter the inputs as showcased below
Thus can anyone please let me know what step I have missed for a form to be displayed.

It seems you have not configured the interface rule in the User input task node. Please check the same and configure the interface in Forms tab properly.
