How can we publish a 'process model' once for all as 'Save'

Question

Hello, 
 I have created a process model, connected to a CDT & interface. I'm able to insert and retrieve the input data also. Though when ever I want to insert a data into the form, I have to get into the 'process model' 'Validate', 'Save and Publish'. Only then if I insert the data into the form I'm able to retrieve the data. thus is there any alternative that without 'Save and Publish' every time I should be able to retrieve data.

Hi, 
 You need to create an Action for this and publish your application .After this your application name will be visible in Action tab in tempo.Once your application will be visible there, then click your application there you will find an action name just click that so one task will get created and assigned to you in Task tab in tempo. Now click in that task so your interface/form will be visible to you now fill the data and submit.

Hi Nellorea, 
 Yes, another possibility i.e., you can apply action on process model and you can see action tab in tempo. If you want to apply action then need to follow the below steps. 
 
 From the Settings Menu , click Application Actions . 
 In the Actions dialog, click New Action , and then complete the following:
 
 For Display Label , type My First Action 
 For Description , type This is a sample description 
 For Process Model , use the picker to select AT My First Action

Click Save Actions 
 We need to publish the application before we will be able to see the action in Tempo:
 
 From the Settings Menu , click Publish Application .

You can directly create an action for published process model so that it is readily available in actions tab in tempo.Follow the steps which are mentioned by deviratnamv and it can also be used as an another approach.

 You have created process model but you did not add action to respective model.

Hi nellorea0001, 
 1) You have to configure an action for your published process model, so that you can directly view your action in "Actions" tab in 
 tempo, by searching for application name in left pane, so that it can sort out for each application actions. 
 2) In your process model configure Activity chaining between node to node so that when you open the Action you can view the form 
 directly there only, rather than going to task tab in tempo.
