In looking at the product documentation that was provided in regards to the mail server setup links, I was able to take away the fact that a process model can be triggered using an email.
However, could someone please help me in understanding whether the process can be triggered without setting up the Appian Inbox. In addition, I am having an issue configuring the Appian inbox. Emails seem to be showing in my Appian inbox but however are not in Appian.
