Best way to know the current task that is being executed inside a Process Model

You could create a process variable in your model then on the outputs of your nodes you could save tp!name into it. You could also save other task properties you might want into process variables. Then display that field in your process reports.

Yes, I've already done that. But in that way is only possible to know the last task executed (you can only define the pv!taskName variable value in the output of the node), but I want to know the current task. Do you know anyway? If I am not being clear, tell me and I will try to explain better.

I think the best is to do as suggested by bhanuprakashm806 , do a task report ( docs.appian.com/.../Task_Report_Tutorial.html ) and then us the function a!processanalytics.
