I have a User Input Task and that is assigned to 3 groups, if 1 user is complete the task from one group, the task should be disabled in all the other groups also. How will I do it?

When you assign a task to more than a single user, then one of the users needs to accept it before start working on it. Then he is the owner of the task. Once he completes it the task is completed. If he decides to return it to the assignees, the someone else can pick it up.
This is standard Appian task management.
