Please let me know if we enable activity chaining on Appian Batch Process (ex: data load, copy files ) whether will that impact system performance? Also mni is configured in one of the nodes to spawn multiple nodes. Thanks

Yes, that will have an impact. Activity changing forces all the changed nodes to execute on a single engine. When you do not use chaining, it will auto-decide which engine to use, hence managing the load balance.
