Who do I contact in case of issues viewing BPM webinars at www.appian.com/.../webinars.jsp. The rewind/forward features should be enabled on the videos so users have the flexibility to focus on sections of particular interest instead of watching familiar sections over and over again. Case in point - Trying to complete the 35 mins BPM Simplified video, and am particularly interested in the demo section around 15 mins into the video. Have played the video 3 times in the last 2 days. It crashes either before or through the demo. Which means I have to restart and wait for the first 10-15 mins roll and then it crashes again!A few requests to make it easier for new users to learn about Appian:1. enable rewind/forward feature. 2. enable video download3.
