Hello Team,
I received a health report indicating a risk related to the extensive use of SAIL contexts in record views, related actions, and reports during the period from December 1, 2019, to January 15, 2020. This issue is present in an interface that originates from a process model. Within this interface, all code appears to be handled by a load function. I'm uncertain about what changes need to be made to address this issue. Additionally, could you please clarify the significance of the mentioned date range (2019-12-01 - 2020-01-15)?

I try to focus on current issues, but not issues from 4 years ago. I think you should try to find out whether that issue still persists, in the year 2024.
Hello Stefan Helzle,
I noticed that the status is indicated as "new." Could you please clarify what this means?
Thank you.
A reporting period of 2020 is not relevant for making any decisions. At least, if you are not Marty McFly from the "Back to the Future" movies.
I suggest to get a current report.
Hi Stefan,
I wanted to bring to your attention that we generated the health check report in January 2024, but we encountered risks associated with old dates. Could you please help me understand the reason behind this?
Additionally, I have a question regarding the status. Sometimes we receive a new status, while at other times, we receive an existing status. Could you shed some light on the reasons behind this inconsistency?
I think that new status means that is a new risk that wan't found in the last health check
I think you should discuss such detailed issues with Appian. I am sure they can help you.
