Can you explain what you mean by Customized mobile Apps?

Appian provides services to customize the native mobile apps in iPhone and Android to change all the images and tint color such as title bar. Does that services also allow to change the Sail form color?

Also, can the customization force to open the "Terms of Use" when they open mobile apps?
