 is there any documentation around Appian's Secure Coding practices which can relate to OWASP ?

Most of the OWASP top 10 should be taken care of by the platform. (actually one of the biggest benefits of using a platform like Appian IMO). 
 
 You could still be exposed to a subset of some of the risks (i.e. A05:2021 &ndash; Security Misconfiguration), I would say it mostly has to do with how you end up securing your Records and your Documents.
